What do I do if I am not ok?

The Gender Service does not provide crisis or urgent care,  and is open only during business hours.

If you urgently need mental health support, the following provide crisis phone support:

1300 MH CALL

MH CALL is a confidential mental health telephone triage service that provides the first point of contact to public mental health services to Queenslanders. 1300 MH CALL is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will link to the caller’s nearest Queensland Public Mental Health service.

Suicide Call Back Service

Suicide Call Back Service is a 24-hour, nationwide service that provides free telephone, video and online counselling to people who are affected by suicide.
