You may have seen that today’s Incident Controller update (no. 410) included a refreshed PPE guide in line with advice from Queensland Health.

STARS staff are still required to wear P2/N95 masks and eyewear in all clinical areas and flat surgical masks in all other areas until we have completed a facility-specific risk profile for our patient cohort.

This risk assessment will be undertaken as soon as possible and we will provide you all with updated PPE advice within the next 24 hours.
