In the context of ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic response and in order to meet the urgent operational demand currently being experience within our Hospital and Health Service at this time, Metro North has determined that we need to adjust and surge available medical staff allocation to priority clinical duties.

Effective immediately, Medical Staff are to maximise their frontline clinical duties during rostered time until 2400 Wednesday 30 March. This includes diversion from Clinical Support Time, education or training and non-essential meetings to frontline clinical duties.

Questions or concerns should be directed initially through your Clinical Director to the Directorate DMS, or escalated to CMO-MNHHS@health.qld.gov.au
