We apologise that we have not sent out an update for a while but like everyone, things have been busy. Recently, the Staff and Shadow Councils have visited many of you in the wards and across different facilities. We received feedback that teams across the hospital are working especially hard to support RBWH and our facilities.

We acknowledge how challenging it is to be working in the healthcare industry. Despite this, the enthusiasm and willingness of our staff to get in and get things done never ceases to amaze us. Thanks to each and every one of you, our colleagues, for being there day after day, night after night, to care for those who need it most. We recognise the hard work and efforts undertaken to support the facility. Thank you.

Happy Administrative Professionals’ Day for today and International Midwives Day for yesterday!

It’s been a while since we last spoke to you. We recognise how busy things have been and that many of us have been redeployed to different areas in response to the pandemic. Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone for your hard work and good humour during these times. Last week we were handing out RUOK?
