What a week! Thanks for all of your valiant work in caring for our community.

More staff are being recruited and more space is being created. Our CKW is growing and receiving more resources. Now is the season for us to try new ways of doing things, to stop doing things which patients don’t value and to focus on what really makes a difference.

Discuss your ideas with your line manager or professional lead, we need to hear your thoughts and see things from your view.

COVID response leave

This is the additional leave which Queensland Health gave us for working during the pandemic. If you haven’t used it yet, please arrange to use if very soon, as it expires on Sunday 4 September.
