Annual Report
The Metro North Hospital and Health Service Annual Report 2025-2026 provides information about the organisation’s governance arrangements, objectives, functions and financial and non-financial performance.
The report records the significant achievements against the strategies and services detailed in the Metro North Health Strategic Plan 2024-2028, and the 2025-2026 Service Delivery Statement.
It also includes a checklist outlining the governance, performance and reporting obligations contained in the legislation.
The annual report is prepared in accordance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009 and the Financial and Performance Management Standard 2019.
