Spinal Cord Injury PhD and Master of Philosophy at QUT
The Spinal Cord Injury PhD and Master of Philosophy Top-up and Full scholarship is open to Australian students to undertake a PhD or Master of Philosophy at QUT comprising translational research to improve the quality of life, approaches to care, or recovery of people with spinal cord injuries.
This scholarship is made possible by a donor who wishes to support applied and translational research, covering any aspect of clinical care and rehabilitation of people with spinal cord injuries, including both physical and emotional wellbeing. Topics may be situated in any discipline, including but not restricted to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, nursing, exercise physiology and social work, or may be interdisciplinary.
It is anticipated that spinal cord injury research funded through this scheme will result in improved care, clinical management and ultimately improve the clinical outcomes and quality of life of people with a spinal cord injury.
