Clinical review into baby WT’s care at Caboolture Hospital
The independent clinical review into the care of “baby WT” by Caboolture Hospital’s Emergency Department has been finalised and released.
The health service is grateful to the patient’s family for their participation and engagement throughout the review process.
The review will be used to inform improvements to models of care and the way Caboolture Hospital cares for paediatric patients.
Metro North Health initiated this clinical review and will be acting on its recommendations.
Findings from this review have helped frame the Terms of Reference into the broader review of paediatric care at Caboolture Hospital.
