RBWH outpatient scheduling enquiry

The Confirmation Centre is an appointment support service provided by a team of Administration Officers at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH). We help manage outpatient appointments for a number of clinics across the hospital.

Please note: this service is only available for certain outpatient clinics and can assist only with managing scheduled appointments. The Confirmation Centre cannot help with:

Clinical questions (such as prescriptions or test results)
Referral updates or progress
Clinics that do not use this service
