What to expect

  • During your appointment you will have eye drops put in which dilate your pupils (make the pupils large). Please arrange to have someone else drive/take you home.

  • Please bring all glasses to your appointment.
  • During your appointment we aim to complete all tests and assessments within the same visit so please allow up to 3 hours for your appointment.

Your doctor may advise that you require surgery or another type of procedure. If this is the case you will be placed on a waiting list and may need to attend the Pre-admission Clinic or Anaesthetic Clinic prior.
