Research Officer, Dr Karen McCue

Karen is a PhD qualified researcher who has worked in Australia and internationally. She has industry experience as a Senior Regulatory Scientist with implantable medical devices and worked as Research Coordinator at Herston Biofabrication Institute coordinating first-in-human breast scaffold clinical trials. In her role as Health Practitioner – Clinical Research she is supporting the CARE-Rehab program understanding whether a Dance Rehab program influences wellbeing during inpatient rehabilitation and the Falls in Stroke Survivors (FISS) study determining the clinical and cost-effectiveness of the Action Falls intervention in stroke survivors.
