Geerthika has a clinical background as a Physiotherapist, working primarily in acute care settings. In her role as Interprofessional Collaboration Practice Coordinator at STARS, she plays a key part in fostering interprofessional education for staff and healthcare students. Geerthika is dedicated to strengthening interprofessional competencies, equipping healthcare professionals with the skills to collaborate, drive a culture of teamwork and mutual learning.
