HP Clinical Research
Ness has a clinical background as a Physiotherapist, working across acute and subacute settings at RBWH and STARS hospital. She continues her clinical work at STARS, currently focused on the physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic patients. In her part-time role as Health Practitioner – Clinical Research, Ness provides facilitatory support to research trials occurring in Metro North Hospital and Health Services sites. Presently, she is working as the Metro North Site Coordinator for the NHMRC funded RAPSODI-Australia trial, which is investigating the comparison between reverse and anatomical total shoulder replacement at improving shoulder pain and function.
