Welcome to the Grief and Bereavement Resource Hub, a one stop shop, full of information and resources to help people gain more control and choice as they, and those supporting them, navigate living with a life-limiting illness. The aim of the hub is to help those facing a life-limiting illness to be fully informed, to plan, and to learn how to live well in the face of a life-limiting illness. The hub also provides information and resources for those left behind when their person dies. We have designed the hub to travel along the palliative care journey with you.
