- Setting and working towards realistic goals
To help you stay on track between calls, you’ll also receive tip sheets, a pregnancy health workbook, and printable tools you can use at home. Your dietitian will work with you to set achievable steps, track your progress, and provide strategies for overcoming barriers.
Whether you’re looking to improve your nutrition, manage weight gain, or simply feel more confident about your health during pregnancy, this program offers the support, resources, and motivation you need — all over the phone.
