Queensland Health Spirometry Training Program - TPCH
Date: 31 October 2025
8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Venue: The Prince Charles Hospital, Chermside.
The Spirometry training program provides clinicians with the skills, knowledge and specific competencies required to perform spirometry to international standards and Queensland Health guidelines.
Adult Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation ECMO Course 2025
Date: 4-7 November 2025
Time: TBC
Venue: The Prince Charles Hospital, Education Centre
This 4-day course will enable multidisciplinary teams with little ECMO experience to provide ECMO for patients with severe cardiac and respiratory failure.

The Metro North Queensland Cancer Centre Project Team are inviting patients, staff and community members to complete a survey and provide feedback on a background paper that analyses current cancer care service arrangements, future demand projections, and emerging innovations in cancer care.
According to RBWH Cancer Care Services Acting Executive Director Associate Professor Melissa Eastgate, stakeholder feedback is instrumental in developing a future clinical services plan that delivers exceptional care for patients, staff and community. 👐🫶
“The survey opens on Monday 22 September, and stakeholder feedback will help inform the development of a revised and comprehensively updated clinical services plan to support Metro North and RBWH cancer services over the next decade," Melissa shares.
