We are confident in the safety and quality of care at Caboolture Hospital.
Caboolture Hospital patients and members of the community are advised that a dedicated hotline has been established for anyone who has concerns and wishes to discuss their treatment.
Patients of Caboolture Hospital can phone 07 3647 9559 between 8am – 5pm, 7 days a week. The line will be operational from midday today.
Callers are advised to leave a voicemail with their return contact number if the phone line is busy and they will be phoned back as soon as possible.
Additionally, members of the community with concerns can also seek an independent review of their experience through the Office of the Health Ombudsman.
Metro North Health supports all review processes which can improve patient experiences and outcomes.
