Dr Kimberley Baxter

Project Officer, Consumer Engagement

Kimberley is a dietitian and works with the STARS Education and Research Alliance as the Research Consumer Engagement Project Officer. In this role, Kimberley supports the involvement and collaboration of consumers within health research at STARS.

Kimberley has a research background in child feeding practices and parental support, working across government and non-government organisations and community groups, including those living with disadvantage and food insecurity. Kimberley has experience in behavioural health research, mixed methods, and co-design. She received her PhD from the University of Queensland in 2012 which explored clinical outcomes with weight change in young people with obesity.
