Development timeline

To date, a number of significant works have been completed, including:

• site enabling works and separation/diversion of services (stage 1)
• demolition of former hospital buildings and site preparatory works for STARS (stage 2)
• design and construction of STARS (stage 3)
• site preparation and diversion works for the new multi-storey car park (stage 4)
