Ingrid is a registered Genetic Counsellor based in Toowoomba, with over twenty years’ experience working both interstate and in Queensland. Ingrid has vast experience in cancer genetics, general genetics and neurogenetics. She also has experience working with patients in the prenatal setting. Ingrid focuses on providing patient-centred care for individuals and families throughout Queensland both in-person and via telehealth.
Ingrid is a fellow of the Human Genetics Society of Australasia (HGSA) and an active member of the Australasian Society of Genetic Counsellors (ASGS), having previously served as the Secretary for the ASGC and currently as the Secretary for the ASGC Continuing Professional Development Committee.
