The program is open to all women planning to give birth at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and provides practical guidance on nutrition, healthy weight gain, physical activity, and health enabling behaviours to help you achieve your nutrition and activity goals for a healthy pregnancy and beyond.
You’ll have regular one-on-one contact with a dietitian at times that work for you via phone call or telehealth appointment. Together, you’ll discuss your goals, current habits, and any challenges you may face. Support is tailored to your needs and may include:

- Food safety during pregnancy
- Mindful eating and healthy habits
- Staying physically active
- Setting and working towards realistic goals
To help you stay on track between appointments, you’ll also receive access to our online resources (including educational website and chat portal). Your dietitian will work with you to set achievable steps, track your progress, and provide strategies for overcoming barriers.
Whether you’re looking to improve your nutrition, manage weight gain, or simply feel more confident about your health during pregnancy, this program offers the support, resources, and motivation you need.
