Dr Cameron Curley
Deputy Director, Haematology & Bone Marrow Transplantation, Cancer Care Services, RBWH
Dr Curley is a clinical haematologist and the acting director of the Department of Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and senior lecturer at the University of Queensland. His areas of special interest include the management of acute leukaemia and allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation and he has publications in a number of peer reviewed journals on the topic. He is committed to medical education and is a continued supporter of educational activities both at specialist and undergraduate levels. He is a member of the National Immunoglobulin Governance Advisory Committee (NIGAC) and chair of the Specialist Working Group for Haematology, providing guidance to the National Blood Authority regarding the optimal use of immunoglobulin therapy.
