Supporting others

Because of your roles in your family, in your friendship group, or in your community, you may be required to support others who are also grieving, while you are navigating your own grief. Knowing how to be there for them whilst also looking after yourself is vital.

This factsheet from Griefline offers some practical tips to help you care for someone who is grieving, as does this blog on supporting a grieving friend.
