Q: How will I be notified of my appointment?

If your appointment is more than 4 weeks away, you will be notified by letter. If your appointment is within 4 weeks, you will be notified by SMS or email. If any of your contact details have changed, please let us know by telephone (07 3646 1686) or email ( ghq@health.qld.gov.au ).
