- Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Obstetric Medicine
- Milk Bank
- Urogynaecology
- Paediatric Adolescent Gynaecology
- Reproductive Endocrinology
- Privately Practicing Midwives
- Birth Suite and Birth Centre models of care including Team Midwifery and Ngarrama (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander midwifery service).
We support Queensland in a number of specialty fields including the Neonatal Retrieval Services, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Tele-health, Trophoblastic Management, Paediatric Adolescent Gynaecology and Obstetrics State-wide Clinical Guidelines.
Research and education
We are actively involved in the advancement of services in research and education and have strong connections with universities and training organisations in the provision of a tertiary service. Women’s and Newborn Services provide an accredited RANZCOG (Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists) training program in obstetrics and gynaecology.
