Joseph is a Nutrition Assistant at TPCH who works with dietitians and other team members to support patients at risk of, or diagnosed with, malnutrition. 🍎
"Older adults may be at risk of malnutrition if they experience health issues that make eating difficult, such as dementia or dental problems. They might lose their appetite, have trouble swallowing, or struggle with chronic conditions or medications that impact their diet," Joseph said.
“I enjoy providing patients with meaningful nutrition advice to support them throughout their hospital stay”

Erisa and Avissa are bringing double the brain power to their intern year at The Prince Charles Hospital, as they join 203 junior doctors across Metro North starting their careers this week.
The twins, who were born in Iran and grew up in Canada, have spent four long years apart while studying in Brisbane and Wollongong before being reunited this week at TPCH.
"We were really determined to work in the same hospital so we could finally be together. I moved to Australia by myself and had my first birthday alone, as we are usually together as twins, so I am very happy to have her back now," Erisa said.
"We have never been competitive with each other, we always view ourselves as a unit, we are there to support each other at work and we can also help each other out in the future in our personal lives if we have the same career," Avissa said.
Both girls currently have their eyes set on anaesthetics specialties - but they'll try many areas of medicine during their intern year. 💛
