Message from the Metro North Health Incident Controller – COVID-19 update 398 | 26/04/2022
Dear colleagues,
- Metro North Health in Tier 3
- Debrief sessions this week
Tier 3
With easing numbers of staff affected by COVID-19, this morning we have moved to Tier 3 of our COVID-19 response plan. This means we will increase planned care but remain in the high-risk category for PPE requirements.
While this is welcome news, we must remain vigilant with social distancing, hand hygiene, PPE, and staying home if unwell. Face masks must be worn across Metro North facilities as part of Tier 3.
Face-to-face training can resume where essential with a focus on virtual training where possible.
Debrief sessions this week
A reminder of our COVID-19 debrief survey, which is available for staff to complete here. This survey will look at the way we have responded during the pandemic and asks for your feedback and ideas from this time. We’re grateful if you can make some time to do this.
We also have the following debrief sessions running this week, with some held this morning, for certain groups to attend. More sessions will be held next week, including for Allied Health and Facility Services staff.
