Co-implement and co-evaluate
Why do we need to co-implement and co-evaluate?
This is a step in the co-design process that it often not well planned for, but is where you will see the benefits of your co-design reach the community you have been working with.
At the end of the co-implement and co-evaluate stage, your co-design team will have
- implemented meaningful and sustainable change in the health service
- data to demonstrate that you have achieved your objectives of ‘’creating better healthcare together’.
Who is involved?
- The co-design team. You will work together to make recommendations for implementation and develop and execute your evaluation plan.
- The broader community of stakeholders. Often your co-design team won’t be the ones responsible for delivering or using the intervention, so you will need to engage others to lead and support this.
