Staff Compliments

“Because of the staff I felt safe, listened to, cared for and that I mattered. It’s been years since I felt like that, so many thanks to them all and many blessings.” – Caboolture Short Stay Unit.

“Biala will call in two days which is a terrific service.” – Biala Acute Care Service.

“This is about NAMED staff and the rest of the night shift. They are doing amazing work under challenging circumstances. I was the last in HDU to wake this morning. It was incredibly distressing. However, due to the above mentioned staff, they made me feel strong, comfortable and safe. They all deserve the highest of commendations. Go H Floor!”

“You all know there were days I thought I was going to fold – I just couldn`t take it. Everything was taking its toll and I was a torched soul, so lost and messed up. I thought there was no escape yet my family, mental health and CCU never gave up. You helped turn my darker days into brighter days and my lowest days into grateful days. When I had my sad days you were there to help me wipe my fears away. Thank you NAMED staff and CCU for all that you do.” –  Pine Rivers Community Care Unit.
