Our approach to wellbeing

To support the health and wellbeing of our people, MNH has adopted a continuum-based model to assess wellbeing.  The wellbeing continuum is a simple self-scoring scale used to assess where you fall on each of the five domains ranging from states of distress, through to states of surviving and thriving.

Striving for improvement in all five wellbeing domains is an ongoing process. Concentrate on your most pressing need first, then strive for balance across the continuum.

Wellness Continuum

Wellbeing is best if considered across multiple levels of the employee’s experience.
