Celebrating success is an integral part of the Redcliffe Hospital’s People Plan, which is why I’m so pleased to announce that nominations are now open for this year’s Redcliffe Hospital Staff Excellence Awards.
Staff Excellence Awards have been presented at Redcliffe Hospital since 2006, and this year, we’ll be celebrating excellence across eight categories:
- People Focus
- Innovation
- Performance
- Leadership
- Values in Action
- Integrated Care
- Training and Education
- Health Equity
Each award has its own specific guidelines and celebrates effort and excellence in an important aspect of our I am Redcliffe Agreed Behaviours and Metro North values.
Our awards are also closely aligned with the Metro North Excellence Award categories, making nominations for those awards easier, too.
Nominations for this year’s awards will close at 5pm on Friday 28 June, with the awards being announced and presented on Wednesday 17 July.
