Director of Research at Redcliffe Hospital Dr Joel Dulhunty said this year’s symposium took full advantage of an online format.
“Working within the parameters of COVID-19 room limits and physical distancing requirements was a challenge – but it also presented an opportunity to make the most of an online delivery model.
“Not surprisingly, many of the research presentations were COVID-19 related, including our Keynote address by Dr Hamish Pollock, Director of Intensive Care.
“As with previous years’ symposia, presentations included researchers from medical, allied health and nursing disciplines and represented the amazing work being undertaken by our staff and research partners to expand our knowledge and improve health care delivery.”
