It looks like our admitted COVID-19 numbers are cresting. Hopefully we will know over the next few days.
Important information to help you today. Key points include:
- Plenty of COVID-19 still around, please check that your colleagues are wearing N95 masks + eyewear really well, it’s how you protect your team.
- We will be transitioning from Tier 4 to Tier 3 gradually over 1-2 weeks. Gradually, not quickly, no major changes currently.
- The whole of Metro North Health is moving from working from home, back to on-site, from Monday (13/2). The exception to this, is some staff who have pre-existing formal Work From Home (WFH) arrangements. If you have team members who are offsite, can you please communicate and help them relocate back to on-site for Monday onwards.
- Close contacts can potentially be back at work from 48hrs onwards, with a few conditions. Close contacts who return to work, translates into staff who do not need to work double shifts or overtime. Please discuss with your line manager early if you go COVID positive.
- Please get your booster if you haven’t had it yet.
Please remember to print and display this information in areas where staff cannot easily access email.
Stay calm, slow COVID-19 and… let’s get over this peak in good shape.
