Staff wellbeing and connection is crucial to our health and resilience at work at any time and it is more important during these challenging times.
As we continue to work through unprecedent disruptions in our working lives, the Community and Oral Health leadership team is committed to all we can do to focus on and enhance staff wellbeing and connectedness.
In recent months I have provided many examples of staff working together, having fun and supporting each other during these difficult times.
Learning from each other will be an important component of how we can support the wellbeing of our staff, through connections with, and celebrations of our teams and staff at all levels, across all our COH services and sites.
As part of a new local wellness effort called Connecting COH, each week we will profile one of our many amazing and talented staff and ask you to name a person from across COH services that you would like to connect with.
