Redcliffe Hospital has brought home two Metro North Health Australia Day Awards.
Redcliffe Hospital Executive Director Louise Oriti said the HHS-wide awards recognised staff and teams who had excelled in reflecting our Metro North values of teamwork, respect, compassion, integrity and high performance.
“Well done to Pharmacy and the Better Together Medication Access Implementation team, which was recognised for their program to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people,” Louise said.
“Medical Director of our Medicine Service Line, Dr Catherine Yelland, was also recognised for her 30 years of clinical leadership, and for her multidisciplinary team approach to complex case management in reducing patients’ length of stay.”
Louise said both award recipients reflected the high standards of our hospital and our shared #IamRedcliffe agreed behaviours.
