This year I want to recognise the contribution Corporate Business Services makes to Metro North. We will be having our inaugural CBS Awards in March and I ask you to consider submitting a nomination for our Finance, Business Advisory, Legal and Corporate Information staff / teams to recognise those who make a significant contribution to the organisation and who demonstrate a strong commitment to our values – respect, teamwork, compassion, high performance and integrity.
The 2023 CBS Awards recognise distinction across five categories:

- Innovation – Driving ideas into action through innovative approaches.
- Excellence in Performance – Supporting a culture of excellence and unleashing the potential of people and organisations to provide outstanding performance.
- Leadership – Empowering people through excellence in leadership, collaboration and team development.
- CFCO Award – This is where I have the ability to choose a standout.
