Have Your Say staff survey graphicDo you remember the 2021 Have Your Say staff survey?

The 2nd cycle of Have Your Say was held in 2021 and we need to tell you about some of the great things that have happened since then.

52% of Metro North employees submitted their feedback and told us what we could improve and just as importantly, what Metro North does well. We listened to this feedback and since 2021 numerous initiatives have been implemented right across Metro North as a direct response to this feedback.

Some of the highlights include:

  • Upgrades to staff areas at TPCH
  • Improved parking at Aspley Community centre.
  • The introduction of food trucks at Caboolture Hospital
  • Staff wellbeing sessions held at Redcliffe Hospital
  • Keep, Stop, Start action plans for all Mental Health service lines

To find out what positive changes have happened in your area because of your feedback, please check out the following links:

Have Your Say participation is so important in Metro North Health and together, we will shape our culture.
