Staff Shout Out portal turns one!

The staff shout out portal is celebrating it’s 1^st birthday!

In a year the portal has received more than 1,000 submissions acknowledging and thanking colleagues and teams who embody our organisational values – colleagues who are a positive influence, who collaborate in new and unique ways, and who go above and beyond expectations.

To celebrate this important milestone our Wellbeing Coordinators will be providing cake at various locations across Metro North during the week 17 to 21 July.

We encourage the continual use of the staff shout out portal located on
QHEPS, which has demonstrated a feeling of belonging and emotional
wellbeing, and boosted morale in the workplace.
