Metro North is committed to funding research that triggers collaboration with our academic partners.
These strategic links, and the data generated from the projects, are acknowledged as an important component of nationally competitive grant funding bids.
To this end, Metro North was proud to once again partner with The University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, and Griffith University to provide the Collaborative Research Grants program.
We were also delighted to welcome the University of the Sunshine Coast as a new collaborating partner for the latest round of the scheme and that particular grant is kindly being co-supported by The Common Good.
Congratulations to all of the successful chief investigators and we wish them well with their projects.
