Dear colleagues,

Fit testing sessions are occurring over this weekend and continuing next week. The fit testing sessions are advertised on the extranet fit testing schedule and will be increased over the next few weeks. Thank you all for your patience whilst we continue the fit testing sessions.

As a business continuity model, we are asking staff to come and be fit tested for a couple of mask options. Please encourage staff who have been only fit tested to one mask, to come back for another mask fitting.

The Safety and Quality Award nominations close today at 5pm. Thank you to everyone who has submitted so far, we have had such a positive response with a record number of submissions. In my message next Friday, I look forward to announcing the finalists and recognising the winners at the Safety and Quality Forum on Friday 22 October.

I am pleased to announce the Metro North Safety and Quality Forum full program is now available online. With more than 15 presenters joining us (both in person and virtually) the program features a diverse range of professionals sharing their experiences, projects and ideas with us. Registrations close 5pm next Friday 15 October and we hope you can join us.
