Welcome to 2023. I hope you all had an opportunity to enjoy some downtime with family and friends over the festive period and have returned to work feeling refreshed. To those who worked we collectively thank you for continuing to care for our patients over the Christmas New Year period.

I’m excited for a big year ahead and I hope you are too.

We’ve kicked off the new year with some exciting refurbishments and relocations for some of our teams. The BEMS team completed their much-anticipated refurbishment of 6A just before Christmas and the gynaecology department recently returned to their home in 6AN. Read on to find out more.
