I am writing today to recognise the impacts of the increased demand for our services coupled with the focus of Caboolture in the public arena.
Our thoughts are with those families who feel or have experienced less than ideal care or outcomes. We are committed to high quality patient care, and that means we should listen to our community when they raise concerns and provide feedback. We are required to actively listen and work to improve our services where there is an opportunity.
Importantly, we need to work with people and give them feedback about how their concerns have been addressed. Listening to and responding to feedback is cornerstone of a safe and quality healthcare service.
I know some of you may require support. Please see below local and broader services available for you and your teams:

Take care,
Angie.
