When concerns need to be raised, we have established pathways to escalate, which includes through your line manager or Service Line leaders. You can also make an entry into Riskman for further action.
I am always happy to provide a listening ear if you need too, so please sing out if I can help.

Despite current challenges, I am confident as a CKW team we will support each other and continue to deliver excellent health outcomes for our patients.
