I want to take this moment to thank our Caboolture community for your ongoing commitment to our patients.

It has been a very busy time of late for many reasons and your hard work and quality of care has not gone unnoticed.

When concerns need to be raised, we have established pathways to escalate, which includes through your line manager or Service Line leaders. You can also make an entry into Riskman for further action.

I am always happy to provide a listening ear if you need too, so please sing out if I can help.

You can seek out a Peer Responder, speak with your supervisor or seek further emotional assistance via Benestar if you need it. Full details of the services available to all CKW staff are available on the Extranet.

Despite current challenges, I am confident as a CKW team we will support each other and continue to deliver excellent health outcomes for our patients.
