Meet our Community, Oral and Mental Health HR Business Partners who provide human resources services and support to thousands of staff across Metro North Health.

Hi everyone. You may have seen some new faces in the Community, Oral and Mental Health HR Business Partners team lately. With recent changes to our team I thought an update on who we are, where we are and what we do was timely.

The Community, Oral and Mental Health HR Business Partners is a geographically dispersed team that provides HR service and support to over 3000 FTEs across the Metro North footprint. We are a mobile team that moves between two bases.

You can find us on Level 1 of North Lakes Health Precinct and Level 1, Mental Health Services Building at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital (RBWH). We are all on a rotating roster, so if you can’t find us here, please give us a ring!

Recently, we welcomed Natasha Smith to our team as our new HR Advisor, following the departure of Deb Morrison who has been seconded to the Integrity team. Natasha joins us from Recruitment Services, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and brings a wealth of recruitment experience to our team, as one of the key project leads on the Conversions Project.

Kasey Chapple, our Senior HR advisor, has had a recent name change (congratulations Kasey!) and is now Kasey Battaglia. Kasey is the HR lead for the Community Services portfolio and is the first point of contact for line managers. You can reach Kasey on 3049 5756 or via our email address above.

Lina Hunter, Principal HRBP, is the HR lead for Oral Health and is the first point of contact for line managers and employees at Oral Health. You can reach Lina on 0436 857 804 or via our email address above.

Keiran Simpson, Principal HRBP, is the HR lead for Mental Health Services. You will often see Keiran at North Lakes working with the team providing support and guidance on joint tasks and projects.
