The RBWH Admissions and Enquiries team are often the very first faces our patients see when they arrive at RBWH.

The friendly team are responsible for checking-in patients for their inpatient procedures and providing them with information to allow them to receive the healthcare they require.

Recently, a grateful patient presented a special ornament and card to the team to thank them for making their hospital experience better.

The team were touched by the gesture and are proudly displaying the ornament and card in their work area.
