The RBWH QASIS team accepting their Australia Day Award

Seventeen individuals and teams have been recognised for their achievements and values in Metro North’s Australia Day awards, with seven recipients from RBWH.

The awards recognise people across the health service who demonstrate commitment to our values of teamwork, respect, compassion, integrity and high performance, and have consistently gone above and beyond in their various roles to improve patient outcomes and support their colleagues.

This year the awards were postponed due to the COVID response, however it is important to reward and recognise outstanding achievement.

Congratulations to RBWH’s recipients:

For displaying an ongoing dedication to high performance, compassion and teamwork through extreme pressures while remaining a united and supportive team.
