A big welcome to RBWH’s Pharmacy interns (L-R) Josh, Kate, Christina, Jasmine, Ellie, and Amy

The RBWH Pharmacy department would like to extend a warm welcome to their pharmacy interns Josh, Kate, Christina, Jasmine, Ellie, and Amy.

Josh, Ellie, and Amy started their internships in early January 2023 and are well into learning the roles and responsibilities of working as a pharmacist at RBWH.

Kate, Christina, and Jasmine commenced in late February and are currently completing their core skills rotations to ensure they are across the complexities of pharmaceuticals in a major tertiary hospital.

All pharmacy interns have adopted the purple ‘half-strength’ intern pharmacist scrubs which can be seen in the photo below.

So far, the feedback has been very positive from the wards and teams. If you see any of the pharmacy interns around, be sure to introduce yourself and welcome them to the Team Royal family.
