A tailored psychology service for Metro North employees to support wellbeing and coping with the pressures of COVID-19.

Operating hours – M-F ( 8am-4pm)

All staff are also able to access coaching and 24/7 counselling support through Benestar –  1300 360 364 ( the Metro North Employee Assistance Provider).

Medical and Nursing staff are able to access their professional associations 24/7 support lines.
