Dear colleagues,

Metro North continues our commitment to staff wellbeing through many initiatives and resources. These include Peer Responders, Staff Psychology, RUOK training?, the Have Your Say staff surveys along with development opportunities such as Developing You, Leadership Essentials and our relatively new Micro Skills resource.

Micro Skills is an ever-growing library of self-help learning addressing a range of topics for both managers and staff. The library includes information on how Metro North Health operates and the behaviours that reflect Metro North’s values in the workplace. Micro Skills are designed to provide short 3 minute introductory/refreshers to get you going. New topics are added every month, so if you haven’t checked the Micro Skills library recently there may be new topics of interest.

Regards,

Mark
