Physical wellbeing is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. It’s about practicing self-care for the needs of our body, including physical activity, balanced nutrition, getting adequate sleep and avoiding harmful behaviours.
Fitness Passport
Fitness Passport entitles you to visit a multitude of health facilities, whenever you like and without being limited to just one. Your exclusive Fitness Passport card paves the way for you to reach your health and fitness goals; allowing you (and your family) passport access to ALL the gyms, pools and facilities available on this program, as often as you like.
